Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SenseSend, a service provided by X2 Works AS (registered in Norway). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

The service

SenseSend monitors email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.) for your domain and alerts you to problems. The service is provided "as is" and we strive for high uptime, but cannot guarantee that email always reaches the inbox, as this depends on factors outside our control.

Account and responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for activity on your account.
You may only monitor domains you own or are authorised to manage.
You must not misuse the service or attempt to circumvent technical limitations.

Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed annually in advance. Prices are exclusive of VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription from "My account".

Prices are adjusted annually. If the price of your subscription changes, we notify you well before renewal so you can decide whether to renew. The price you paid for the current period never changes mid-period. Prices may be shown in several currencies; the amount in the currency you selected at checkout is the one that applies.

VAT and sales tax

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Tax is calculated at checkout from the country you provide and is shown on your receipt. EU businesses that supply a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge rules, and are themselves responsible for accounting for the tax in their own country. You are responsible for the accuracy of the country and VAT number you provide.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Prepaid subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by mandatory law.

Limitation of liability

X2 Works AS is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, arising from use of or inability to access the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid during the last twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the service a reasonable time before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Oslo District Court as venue.
